Go to your Loyalty Offers using the menu in My Account.
Unlock your code: Click on "Unlock my code" to receive your unique referral code.
Share with friends: Share your code with up to 5 friends.
Earn rewards: Each time a friend uses your code, you get a 10% off travel discount in your account.
Repeat: Once 5 friends use your code, you can click to reactivate it for another 5 uses. The more friends that use your code, the more 10% off codes you can earn!

Log into your account to start enjoying a host of benefits, such as not paying a booking fee.
Search for a journey.
Enter the referral code from your friend in the voucher code box during the booking process.

Yes, you can refer multiple friends and earn rewards for each successful referral. Once you hit five referrals you will need to reactivate your code in your My Account Loyalty Offers area to unlock a further five redemptions. You can repeat this process as many times as needed.

Once a friend has purchased using your referral code, your own 10% off code will be available in your My Account Loyalty area for use on your next booking. You must be signed into your My Account when using your code to purchase a new journey and this code can then be entered into our voucher code box when booking.
No, referral rewards cannot be combined with any other promotional offers.
The referral code has no expiry date, however, there is a limit set on the number of redemptions. Once this limit is reached, the code can be reactivated for use again, and there’s no limit to the amount of times this can be done.
No, the referral program is for new customers only.

Please note that only new customers can redeem referral codes; referral discounts will not be applied for customers who have already purchased tickets with National Express.
