Our network continues to operate as normal, however, there may be some delays or short-notice cancellations if we are unable to operate our service safely. The Amber and yellow weather warning’s issued by the Met Office for the 4th and 5th January 2024 for the UK comes with an increased likelihood of impacts from severe weather, which could potentially disrupt your travel plans.
Customers are advised to plan ahead. Please remember to wrap up warm with extra layers, bring food and drink with you for long journeys and don't forget to charge your mobile phone before you travel and keep any medication on your person.

Ticket amendments
Change of plans? Need to travel at a different time? That’s where My Account can help.
As long as you have a Standard or Fully Flexible ticket, you can select a new travel date or time for your existing ticket in seconds when you log into My Account. (Tip: if you’re not sure about your ticket type, you can find it on your e-Ticket).
