Senior Coachcard Terms and Conditions

1. Card entitles you to 1/3 off 'adult standard fares' on National Express coaches
2. Discounted tickets are available at any time, every day on services between towns, cities and airports
3. Discounted tickets can be purchased online, by phone, at any National Express outlet or ticket machine and from drivers on board
4. Please show the driver your Coachcard when boarding as failure to do so will invalidate your ticket. You may be asked for proof of age (60+)
5. Maximum of four Coachcards can be used per booking
6. We charge £1.50 postage fee to send your Coachcard out to you when you book online or by phone
7. Coachcards cannot be purchased from drivers
8. Card is not refundable or transferable
9. Card is not valid with FunFares, Multiride tickets or special offer fares
10. Card is not valid on Hotel Hoppa, Eurolines, Ulsterbus, Third Party or special event services
11. Card is not valid where accommodation, admission or ferry travel is included within the fare
12. All tickets are issued and all passengers are carried subject to National Express' General Conditions of Carriage, available online and at all National Express outlets

£15 day return on Tuesdays

1. £15 fare applies to day return or one-way fares (excluding airports)
2. Available on a Tuesday only
3. Only available when booked at least 3 days in advance of travel
4. Only available to Senior Coachcard holders
5. Not valid on Tuesday 24 December 2013 (Christmas Eve) and certain peak days
6. This offer can change or be removed at any time
7. Offer is not valid on Hotel Hoppa, Eurolines, Ulsterbus, Third Party, airport journeys or special event services.
8. Not valid where accommodation, admission or ferry travel is included within the fare
9. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with Funfares, Multiride tickets or any other special offer fares
10. Booking fees may vary depending on booking method
11. The offer can be purchased online, by phone, at any National Express outlet and ticket machines but not direct from drivers

Free journey if your coach is delayed over an hour

1. Free return journey per Coachcard holder per booked ticket
2. To claim your free journey please complete the online form at www.nationalexpress.com/delay
3. All claims must be made within 30 days of travel to qualify
4. Free journey is not valid on Hotel Hoppa, Eurolines, Ulsterbus, Third Party, Multiride or special event services
5. Free journeys must be booked within 3 months of issue.

Money back guarantee

1. For Senior Coachcards purchased on or after 20 May 2013, refunds can be claimed if your Coachcard discounts on journeys made, do not cover the cost of the card purchased (excluding postage and packaging) during the first year
2. To qualify for the refund of your Coachcard, please return the card with a covering letter to Customer Relations National Express, PO Box 9854, Birmingham, B16 8XN
3. Claims must be made within 30 days of Coachcard expiry
4. Postage and package fees are non-refundable

Extra Rewards

1. Extra Rewards promotion is open to Senior Coachcard holders only
2. The Extra Rewards programme is valid until 19 May 2014
