If you're registered disabled and love exploring the British Isles, then our Disabled Coachcard offers a great way to save 1/3 on standard fares to hundreds of UK towns, cities and airports- all for just £10 (plus £1.50 p&p) a year.

So whether you're looking to take a weekend city break to London or jet off to warmer climates from a UK airport, our Disabled Coachcard allows you to travel for a fraction of the original price.

What will it save me?

Save a guaranteed 1/3 on standard fares throughout the UK for 12 months.

No restrictions on peak and off peak travel times; travel when it suits you and your plans. This includes public holidays, bank holidays and weekends.

You can purchase a Disabled Coachcard online, by phone, and at any of our outlets or high street agents.

The only restriction is that you can't use your Coachcard on Hotel Hoppa, Eurolines, Ulsterbus, Third Party services, special event services and FunFare tickets.*

* Great news - if you're travelling with us to Ryde and your journey is crossing with Hovertravel, you'll automatically receive 1/3 off your entire journey including the crossing to the Isle of Wight.

How much is it?

Our Disabled Coachcards are just £10 plus £1.50 p&p a year - that's less than 84p a month and it's £10 cheaper than a railcard.

If you're registered disabled, then you can buy a Disabled Coachcard and start saving today.

Don't forget if you're registered disabled and aged 16 - 26 or a full-time student, you're eligible for our Young Persons Coachcard, where you'll save a guaranteed 1/3 on travel plus 10% off travel to events.

It's more than just about saving money?

We know saving money is high on everyone's agenda, and we think it's important too. However, we also believe your comfort and safety is of the highest importance, which is why we've made significant changes to our services to make it easier for you to board and travel with us.

A guaranteed seat

A ticket guarantees you a seat. Our accessible coaches only have room for one wheelchair, so we need you to call us at least 36 hours in advance of when you'd like to travel. 08717 81 81 79, open 0800 - 2000 7 days a week,(calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras).

Accessible coaches

Creating a safe and comfortable journey for all our passengers is one of our main goals, which is why a large number of our fleet now have a passenger lift at the front entrance of the coach. This makes travelling with us as accessible as possible, regardless of your circumstances.

If you use a wheelchair or have reduced mobility, please make sure you call us at least 36 hours before travelling so we can fully assess your travel requirements. 08717 81 81 79, open 8am - 8pm 7 days a week,(calls cost 10p per minute plus network extras).

Helping hand

Don't worry about lifting your luggage, our drivers will be happy to load it into and out of the luggage hold and onto the coach for you.

The different ways to receive your tickets if you book online

e-Ticket - Book online and print your ticket at home for free.

m-Ticket - Have your ticket sent direct to your mobile. There's a 50p charge for this service.

Collect your ticket – From one of the collection points in selected stations (50p collection fee).

Post - There's a £1.50 charge for sending your tickets by post.

The different ways to buy your coachcard

Online or by phone – your coachcard will be posted to your home address (£1.50 p&p will be added to your purchase)

Travel agent or travel shop – you can collect your coachcard straight away (no fee).

Using your Coachcard

You can use your Coachcard to book discounted tickets online, by phone, or at ticket desks and ticket machines in any of our outlets or agents.

When travelling with your card, please always carry with you:
1.Your coach ticket
2.Your Coachcard
3.Proof of disability

If you cannot show any of the above when requested at any point during your journey, you may be required to pay the full adult fare.

Disabled children should be booked as 'a child' rather than 'disabled', but if you do have a wheelchair and you wish to book assistance with your travel, please call our helpline before booking at least 36 hours in advance of when you would like to travel. 08717 81 81 79 - open 0800 - 2000 7 days a week. Disabled Coachcard Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions Card entitles you to 1/3 off 'adult standard fares' on National Express coaches.

  • Card entitles you to 1/3 off adult standard fares on National Express coaches
  • Discounted tickets are available at any time, every day.
  • Discounted tickets can be purchased online, by phone, from a driver and at any National Express outlet or ticket machine.
  • Please show the driver your Coachcard when boarding. You may be asked for proof of disability.
  • Maximum of four Coachcards can be used per booking.
  • We charge £1.50 postage fee to send your Coachcard out to you when you book online or by phone.

Exclusions

  • Cards cannot be purchased from drivers.
  • Card is not refundable or transferable.
  • Card is not valid with FunFares, special offer fares or promotional fares.
  • Card is not valid on Hotel Hoppa, Eurolines, Ulsterbus, Third party or special event services.
  • Not valid where accommodation, admission or ferry travel is included within the fare.
