Make changes to your booking

Depending on your ticket type, you can make amendments, add extras, or refund your ticket when you log into My Account.
Bought a ticket but don’t have an account with us yet? You can register for an account using the same email address you used to purchase your ticket. Once signed in, you’ll then be able to use all the great features of My Account, including viewing your ticket and making amendments.
If you have an account
Already signed up to My Account? Great, simply log in and follow the steps below to manage any existing bookings.
- Step 1 - Log in to your account.
- Step 2 - Click on the Manage My Tickets tab on the left-hand side.
- Step 3 - Select the ticket you want to amend (please note: if your booking was just made, it may take 5-10 minutes to appear). See below for more details.
- Step 4 - You can now change your journey to an alternative time or add any extras, such as seat reservations.
- Step 5 - Once satisfied with your choices, press 'Confirm and Pay' to make any excess fee payments.

If you don't have an account
Not signed up yet? No problem, you can start enjoying the benefits of My Account for free by following the steps below.
- Step 1 - Sign up with the email you've already used to book your tickets. (Please note: the My Account system will not be able to find your ticket if you do not use the same email you booked with).
- Step 2 - You will need to click 'Find your ticket' at the bottom of the page to bring up any tickets purchased before creating your account.
- Step 3 - Enter your ticket number and your ticket will be located (please note: if your booking was just made, it may take 5-10 minutes to appear).
- Step 4 - Once you have found your ticket, you can click on it to make amendments (see below for details), such as changing your journey to an alternative time or adding any extras, such as seat reservations.
- Step 5 - Once satisfied with your choices, press 'Confirm and Pay' to make any excess fee payments.
